Link the tools together, block after block

Chain the tools: block-based photo effects

Upload an image, then place blocks on a canvas and connect them with wires: each block runs one of the site’s tools and transforms the result of the previous one. Film, Grain, Geometry and Thread rework the image; Gradient, Background, Pattern, Shapes, Plates and Palette create layers that the Blend block lays over the chain with a blend mode. Each block keeps all the settings of its original tool, and the result updates live. On a phone, the chain is shown as a stack, block after block.

How it works

  1. Upload your image (or keep the sample photo), then start from a ready-made chain or a blank canvas.
  2. Add blocks, connect them by dragging a wire from a right-hand dot to a left-hand dot, then click a block to adjust its tool.
  3. Export the Output result as PNG, SVG or MP4 video.

What you can do

  • Canvas of blocks and wires, like node-based software
  • All 10 of the site’s tools available as blocks
  • Blend block: 14 blend modes and opacity
  • All the settings of the original tools
  • Library of 12 ready-made chains
  • Mobile stack view: reorder, add layers
  • Animated chains exportable as MP4

FAQ

How do I connect two blocks?

Drag a wire from the black dot on the right of a block to the dot on the left of another. Click a wire to cut it.

Can I use the same tool several times?

Yes: add as many blocks as you like, each with its own settings, and run several wires from the same image.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes: on a phone, the chain is shown as a stack, from the source image to the output. Change the order of the blocks with the arrows, add a layer (gradient, pattern, shapes…) in one tap and adjust each block from the panel.

Are my images sent over the Internet?

No, the whole chain is computed in your browser.
