One setting, a hundred photos, a single zip

Batch processing: one effect on a whole series of photos

Tune one photo in any of pixisgood’s tools (film, halftone, geometric art, line drawing, glitch, anaglyph or a chain of tools), then let Batchgood do the same to a whole folder. The setting comes from “My settings” or from a .json file you exported earlier, and even from an image already exported by pixisgood, which keeps it hidden in the file. Photos are processed one by one in your browser, at their original size if you wish, never leaving your computer, and arrive together in a zip file.

How it works

  1. Tune a photo in a tool, then save the setting in “My settings” (or download it as a .json file).
  2. Come back to Batchgood, pick that setting (or open the file), then add all your photos.
  3. Choose JPEG or PNG and the size, then click “Process”: a zip containing every image is downloaded.

What you can do

  • Setting taken from “My settings”, from a tool’s current setting or from a .json file
  • Also works with a PNG, JPEG, SVG or MP4 image already exported by pixisgood
  • Twelve tools supported: Filmgood, Graingood, Polygood, Linegood, Glitchgood, Prismgood, Chaingood, Motifgood, Backgood, Shapegood, Gradgood and Neongood
  • Preview of the setting on each photo before you start the batch
  • JPEG or PNG output, at original size or reduced, proportions kept
  • Everything in one zip, with the setting used so you can replay it
  • Processed in the browser: your photos are never sent over the Internet

FAQ

How do I prepare the setting?

Open a tool (Filmgood, Graingood, Polygood, Linegood, Glitchgood, Prismgood, Chaingood, Motifgood, Backgood, Shapegood, Gradgood or Neongood), tune a photo, then save the setting in “My settings”, in the right-hand column. It then shows up in Batchgood. You can also download it as a .json file and reopen it later, or on another computer.

Can I use an image that was already exported?

Yes: every PNG, JPEG, SVG or MP4 exported by pixisgood contains its setting. Open it with “Open a settings file” and it serves for the whole batch.

How many photos can I process?

There is no fixed limit: photos are processed one at a time. Allow a few seconds per photo (more with Linegood) and keep the tab open until the end. Beyond about 1.5 GB the result is split into several zips.

Do photos keep their proportions and size?

Yes: each photo keeps its proportions. “Origin” renders it at its real size without ever enlarging it; you can also cap the long side at 4000, 2000 or 1080 pixels.

Are my photos sent over the Internet?

No, everything is computed in your browser and the zip is built on your computer.
